Do customers need to be at home during the cleaning service?
No, it’s not required. Many of our clients provide access instructions or keys. We are a trusted, insured company, so you can feel comfortable even when you’re not home.
Do customers need to prepare anything before the cleaning service?
We recommend that clients tidy up personal belongings and secure pets if needed. This helps our team work more efficiently and safely.
If a client requests the same cleaner for each service, how is it managed?
Whenever possible, we assign the same cleaner to ensure consistency, trust, and familiarity with your home or office.
Do customers need to provide cleaning tools or supplies?
No. We bring our own professional-grade equipment and cleaning products. However, if clients prefer that we use their supplies, we are happy to accommodate that request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit, Zelle, Venmo, and checks.
How does your cancellation policy work?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a small fee to cover scheduling costs.
How does your tipping policy work?
Tips are always appreciated but never required. Clients may leave tips in cash, through Zelle, or add them to their invoice. All tips go directly to the cleaning technician who performed the service.
